If anything important arises, we contact you immediately—so you’re always informed and never caught off guard.

We work only with licensed and insured vendors, and we always keep you informed and approve any major repairs or expenses before moving forward.

At Mickey’s Home, our pricing is clear, competitive, and completely transparent. We take the time to explain our fee structure so you always know exactly what to expect—no hidden costs. You only pay for the services you use, and we don’t charge any management fees until a tenant is placed in your property.

At Mickey’s Home, owner payments are sent out monthly through direct deposit. Most payouts are processed between the 5th and 10th of each month. You’ll also have 24/7 access to your income and expense statements through our secure owner portal, giving you full financial visibility at all times.

At Mickey’s Home, you’re welcome to use your own preferred vendors or contractors. Simply let us know ahead of time, and we’ll coordinate with them to ensure everything is handled efficiently and without complications.

We can get started as soon as we’ve completed an initial property review and signed a management agreement. Most properties are up and running with us within a few business days.
