Our vacation home is located in central Florida, the heart of one of the top vacation destination in the world! This home sets in a quiet neighborhood and is an ideal location for your family vacation. Restaurants, grocery stores, other shopping and miniature golf are less than two miles away. The gates of Disney World are only three miles away! You can enjoy a quite relaxing time at the house, or be in the center of all the excitement central Florida has to offer within minutes. The home is a short distance from Universal Studies and, if you’d like a day at the beach, Coco Beach is just an hour’s drive!

In addition to completely refurbishing the home when we purchased it in 2011, we continuously make updates on a yearly basis. Bedding and linens are updated regularly. Most recently, in 2016 and 2017 we’ve added quartz countertops to the kitchen and bathrooms, resurfaced the swimming pool, and installed new carpet throughout the home.

Cancellation Policy

• Your booking will not qualify for a refund based on your trip dates.
• If you have upcoming trips, you can manage or cancel your booking in your traveler account.

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
